- The Daily Telegraph reported that a $1.5bn bid for 75 per cent of Formula One Management (FOM), but GrandPrix.com quoted a press release that said “company shares are not for sale.”

WP upgrade
I should keep an eye on the WordPress “dashboard” because v1.5.2 “Strayhorn” came out a couple of weeks ago, and it includes some security fixes. Fortunately I spotted a post (can’t remember where) that pointed me at the WP blog entry.
Anyway, blog.henman.ca is now updated.
testing new Live+Press plugin
I’ve just installed Live+Press, so let’s see if/how it works… GO!
Update #1 – well, it’s posted to both my blog and my LJ! Does saving this change automagically update the LJ entry too? (Looks like it will.)
Update #2 – the WP blog entry was updated but not the LJ one. (Plus I need to config the LJ user pics list on the WP side.)
Update #3 – aha! The LJ update just takes a little time. (Still don’t see how to change the user pic though.)
Update #4 – OK, maybe it’s not slow – Update #2 appeared in LJ when I posted #3 in the blog; #3 still hasn’t made it to LJ after ~30minutes, so let’s see if #4 causes #3 to be pushed to LJ.
Update #5 – Yeah, that’s it – #3 is updated on LJ almost as quickly as #4 is posted to the blog. Odd. I guess the “workaround” is to do a fake update to force it to LJ.
