ITN – Madge ships in the ale
Madonna had better watch her slender build – she is reportedly ordering in truck loads of her favourite beer.
The queen of pop got a taste for Timothy Taylor’s Landlord real ale while out drinking with husband Guy Ritchie in Soho.
After finding out her favourite tipple wasn’t available at her home in Wiltshire she had it delivered from the brewery, nearly 275 miles away in West Yorkshire.
“It’s a jolly good beer and a lot of girls like it ” said Brewery boss Charles Dent.
It appears Madge isn’t the only celeb who enjoys the award-winning ale. Hugh Grant is also said to be a fan.
