What’s happening to the Internet?

First off I get an error message telling me that “del.icio.us is down for emergency maintenance”, and now the BBC News site has disappeared!?!

Update: BBC News is back but Del.icio.us is still down – according to their blog it’s the after-effects of a power outage.

And here’s a message I’ve not seen before: pesky’apostrophe returns “You have exceeded the allowed page load frequency.”!?
