Spotted snippets

Just a few things I spotted whilst online today that are worth a read, so I commend to you:

  • Lindsey’s Life: Best Buy Dilemma – a sadly all-too-common complaint of nosey hardware techs. (Wasn’t this how Gary Glitter ended up in jail? Or was it Pete Townsend?)
  • perfectIDIOT’s Beer drinkers dictionary – many terms I’ve not heard since I emigrated! :)
  • The 2006 Bloggies are almost upon us – “From now until 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5) on Tuesday, January 10, 2005, anyone can nominate their favorite weblogs.”

And whats up with STINK magazine? It claims to be “the world’s latest publication”, and that it’s “Launching in December 2005″ … so it’s certainly late, but I don’t know if it’s the latest.
