Sticky posts

I’ve got a post that I want to make “sticky” (i.e. it will appear ahead of any newer posts) for a while, but the website for the one WordPress plugin that I’ve used in the past (called Adhesive) no longer seems to let me download it – if I fake the download URL I get this message: “There was recently a server crash, and I am working to restore full functionality to the site.” Does anyone know of something similar?
