Waking up in the wrong timezone
I woke up at about 4am – it was nice to sleep in our own bed, with my own pillow, but I’m still on UK time (so it’s 9am).
Today’s To Do list includes filling in a few blanks and then posting the blog entries which I (mostly) wrote while we were in England; there’s the luggage to unpack and sort out; and then we’ll (most probably) meet up with Andy & Renee to say thanks for cat sitting and dealing with the door hassles (it’ll be in one of those entries coming out soon), and maybe there’ll be a little shooting with Andy.
The Boys were pleased to see us – usually they let us know they’re still alive and then disappear off downstairs in a huff, until we break out the treats. Even Abby appeared in the first few minutes but she took a little while to decide to approach us.
Large amounts of pizza was ordered but we didn’t get very far through it before Kerri was asleep on the sofa and I started to fade. Mmmmm, leftover pizza for breakfast.
