- The TTC want to know how to improve their website – the simple answer is to post the schedule that the drivers use!
Yet again the bus left ahead of schedule this morning. What’s the point of posting the departure times if the driver is going to leave early? I can understand that there are numerous reasons for them running late, but when this is the start of the route and the next bus is 15-20 minutes away, setting off when you feel like it is beyond annoying. Good thing it wasn’t -20°C like last week.
- Obviously the Telegraph doesn’t need my money
It appears that my subscription to the Telegraph’s crossword site has expired, but they didn’t email me to ask if I want to renew it. You’d think an automated email a few days ahead of cutting me off would be a good idea. Fortunately I have my credit card handy so I can get solving again

On further investigation, it’s possible that the Telegraph site did send me a renewal email – the email address I’d registered with them wasn’t listed in my server’s email system so it would have deleted anything coming in to that address, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.
Anyway, I’ve renewed my subscription and normal crossword solving activities can resume.
