Snow day
I’m not going in to work today – the news keeps reporting lots of problems and saying don’t go out unless you have to; apparently there are power failures in the area around work. I can’t connect (via VPN) and calling the office number either says the number is busy or unavailable. Guess I’m not the only one not going in today.

Phone call from my boss: it’s officially a snow day – the office is closed – so I’ll stop trying to connect and maybe I’ll continue working on our blog software setup instead.
Unfortunately for Kerri, her boss has confirmed they have a client in today so she’s heading off to work … and I get to stay at home with the kids
