Don’t hurt the web

I tend to use Opera more than Firefox, but I agree with their “Don’t Hurt the Web” campaign: use open standards. I’ve always validated my web pages against the HTML standards and more recently with XHTML and CSS. (I use W3C‘s validation tools for HTML and CSS.) If a website proclaims that I have to use Internet Exploiter to view their content then I will go elsewhere.
