Have you heard about the groovy tyre changes? Instead of a small white dot, the softer compound tyres will now have a white line painted within one of the four grooves. [source]
In other news, Kimi Raikkonen will have to take a 10-place penalty on the grid if Ferrari make the decision to switch his engine before the race, which seems likely after the engine suffered a small water leak in the closing stages of the race in Melbourne [source].

Fastest in Friday Practice 1 was Massa (1:34.972) followed by Alonso (1:35.220) and Hamilton (1:35.712).
Button was #20 (1:39.331), just behind his teammate. 
Slowest was Albers (1:40.074).
