UPS upgrade
Our website, blogs, email, etc. will all be down for ~2 hours starting at 10:00am (EST) while I upgrade one of the UPS and try to sort out the rat’s nest of cabling.

Update @ 1:15pm – we’re back up. Yeah, I know – why does it always take longer than you anticipate, even when you anticipate that it’ll take longer than your first estimate?
The new UPS is installed; the server and critical peripherals (monitor, router, external HDD) are all connected to it; the games PC and other goodies (modem, DVD writer, scanner, printer) are connected to the other UPS. The oldest UPS is now going to protect the XBox and other TV-related toys, including my new DVD-writer.
