Sucky news
We came home to news that the landlord is retiring soon and so he’s put the house up for sale. 
So, in case we didn’t already have enough stuff to deal with, we’re going to have to (a) tidy up so they can have prospective buyers round, and (b) look at our options. The automatic assumption is that we’ll rent again, but there’s also the possibility of buying – it would have to be a 100% mortgage because we also have to buy a car …or maybe two, depending on our new location!
Anyone need lessons in juggling?

Just saw this now. Sometimes Google Reader is slow to import feeds.
Ouch, that sucks!
What neighbourhood do you want to live in? I’ll keep my eyes and ears open. I’m guessing that you want a house. Maybe you’ll find a place with a basement cellar.
