It’s winter in Canada, so this month’s theme is definitely snow and ice.

Brad led a photowalk along Dupont, Davenport and up Yonge to St.Clair.

This photowalk coincided with National Flag of Canada Day (the 60th anniversary, no less) so I picked a route that included Maple Cottage where Alexander Muir was inspired to write The Maple Leaf Forever.
- Carolina Hurricanes at Toronto Maple Leafs
Kerri’s boss gave us two tickets to see the Leafs game – we were very close to the ice and had a great view when they scored four goals in the first period. The Hurricanes nearly equalised in the third period but they pulled their keeper and the Leafs scored twice on an empty net to make the final score 3-6.
