Chinese Grand Prix – Practice

I decided to do just one quick post to cover all three practice sessions.

Friday practice 1:
Lewis Hamilton in the McLaren was fastest (1:37.334) with Brawn GP cars of Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello taking 2nd and 3rd place in the timings.

Friday practice 2:
Jenson topped the charts (1:35.679) with his teammate (metaphorically) sandwiching the Williams of Nico Rosberg.

Saturday practice:
Surprisingly there were no Brawn cars in the top 3 (JB was 4th), which made room for Williams, Toyota and McLaren – Nico Rosberg was fastest (1:36.133) followed by Jarno Trulli and Lewis Hamilton.

Qualifying is just 2 hours away (starts at 2am EST) so I’ll be trying to stay awake so I can write my notes live…
