- TOPW: Hair of the Dog 2024
As is tradition for TOPW, we started the year with the “Hair of the Dog” walk on New Year’s Day. We used to shoot the Polar Bear Dip but that became a shambles with people taking snaps with their iPads(!) making it impossible to get clean shots. This year we ambled from St.George subway station, through UofT, across Queen’s Park and over to the Hair of the Dog pub for lunch.
- West End Wander
Winter finally arrived, although we only had a light sprinkling of snow. For this walk, we wandered from (roughly) Royal York subway station to Jane station via Old Mill, the frozen Humber River, Baby Point and ended at “A Dark Horse” pub.
