The notable changes for the 2024 season are:
- Alfa Romeo is currently called Stake F1 Team but there are rumours it will change again before the first race
- AlphaTauri is also rumoured to be changing its name
- No driver changes! I can’t think of the last time that happened
- Similar to last year, there have been changes in the teams’ principals: Franz Tost retired and Laurent Mekies is now Team Principal at AlphaTauri; Guenther Steiner was “not renewed” and replaced at Haas by Ayao Komatsu
Last year I had a table showing 2022 and 2023 drivers for each time, so you could see the changes, but there aren’t any this year so I’ve merged in the Team Principal info.
